Mr. Govind Narayan – Head Credit & Risk
Govind has rich experience of 23+ years in Banking and Manufacturing sector. His area of expertise is Risk management including credit appraisals and operational Risk covering the entire gamut of Risk function. Prior to joining India Factoring, Govind has worked with ICICI Bank and RBS.
Mr. Vinod Chaube – Head Operational Excellence & Client Services
Vinod Chaube is an experienced banking professional having more than 25 years’ experience in trade finance, Payments and Credit Administration. Before joining India Factoring, he has occupied various leadership positions in JP Morgan Chase Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Yes Bank Ltd. Bank of America.
Mr. Laxminarayan Gupta – Product Head
Laxminarayan Gupta has 24 years’ experience in financial services and manufacturing. His area of expertise is factoring, risk management and relationship management. He is an ICWA, CS & MBA from IIM Indore. Prior to joining India Factoring, he has worked with ING Vysya (now Kotak Bank), HSBC, ICICI, Clariant India, SAIL etc.
Mr. Amol Deshpande – Finance Controller
Amol Deshpande is a Chartered Accountant. He has rich experience of 20+ years in financial service industry and Big 4 audit firms in India and Middle East. Prior to joining India Factoring, Amol has worked with reputed organizations like Tata Motors Finance Limited, KPMG and Deloitte.
Ms. Gauri Das – Head HR Marketing Admin
Gauri Das is an engineer turned HR Professional with double masters in HR and Psychology. She carries 16+ years of experience in crafting and aligning HR strategy with business goals. She is a TEDx speaker and an author. Some of her recognitions are HR 100 under 40, Economic Times Young HR Leader, Top 10 global women in HR , Top 10 global voices in leadership etc.
Mr. Paramanadan P – Head Business and Alliances – South and West
He is a seasoned banking professional with more than 25 years of work experience in retail Assets, SME and Corporate business divisions of leading banks. Before joining India Factoring, he has worked with ICICI Bank and YES Bank.
Mr. Puneet Singh Bhutani – Head Business and Alliances – North and East
Puneet is a seasoned banker with over 23 years of rich and insightful experience in banking with expertise in corporate and retail banking business. He is also expert in trade finance, international factoring, corporate finance. Prior to joining India Factoring, he has worked with Axis Bank, HDFC Bank and Yes bank.
